Pieter holds a Master’s Degree of French and German Business Law, jointly offered by the Universities of Cologne, Germany and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, France. He also holds an undergraduate degree in private French law from the University of Savoie, France, and a second LLM in Tax Law at the University of Cape Town.
He is a dual citizen of France and the Netherlands, and capable of working with clients in French, English and German.
Pieter is also an admitted sworn translator in the High Court of South Africa from French into English and English into French.
Tinus is our corporate finance and M&A specialist. He is an experienced investment banker with an international career track record of more than 25 years that covers numerous successful transactions including listings on the Canadian, UK and South African securities exchanges.
He has originated and advised on transactions in the international public and private equity markets covering a wide selection of industries, which includes mining, mineral exploration and processing, information technology, financial services, real estate, and agribusiness.
Johani holds a Master's degree in banking and finance law from the University of Strasbourg, France, an LLM in Intellectual Property at the University of Cape Town, and an LLB (Hons) from King's College London, UK.
She is a dual citizen of South Africa and Canada, and capable of working with clients in Afrikaans, English, French and Spanish.
